

350 grams of rice

1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 broccoli

100 grams of mushrooms

Put a frying pan with oil to fry ½ onion, ½ green pepper , ½ red pepper , yellow ½ , 100 grams sliced mushrooms and 1 garlic clove.

Add 100 ml of crushed tomatoes and ½ broccoli , season to taste , cook until tomatoes thicken , add paprika.

Add 100 grams of peas.

Once everything is al dente add vegetable broth , 4 cups approximately.

When the broth is boiling 15 minutes , add saffron and 2 cups of rice.

Bake for 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes, and ready !
