Casarecce with broccoli and bacon

 Salt
 Oil
 300 g of pasta casarecce
 100 g of bacon
 1 broccoli head

Separate the broccoli head into sprouts and cook in boiling water for 2-4 minutes. When ready, drain and set to one side.

In the meantime, cook the pasta in boiling water for about 5 minutes, drain and set to one side.

Chop the bacon into small cubes. In a pan with little oil fry the diced bacon for about 3 minutes.

In a bowl mix together the bacon, pasta and broccoli, stir well and season to taste.
