Read on and join the green drink!<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Green smoothies are usually formed from green vegetables, fruit and water, being 70% 30% vegetable and fruit. We start with our Top 5:<\/p>\n<p>We started with the more purist milkshake, the leader in fiber.<\/p>\n<p>We need:<\/p>\n<p>1 cup chopped broccoli<\/p>\n<p>1 cup pineapple<\/p>\n<p>1 cup of spinach<\/p>\n<p>and 1 cups water.<\/p>\n<p>With this super Smoothie we eliminate toxins and are filled with vitamins.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>One of the combinations that I like most is this:<\/p>\n<p>We need to make we\u00a0only need:<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 broccoli pella<\/p>\n<p>1 cup fresh parsley<\/p>\n<p>1 avocado<\/p>\n<p>2 ripe bananas<\/p>\n<p>Juice of 1 lemon,<\/p>\n<p>and 12oz milk of almonds<\/p>\n<p>It is ideal for those curious palates, the lemon adds a delicious touch.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is a clear example of that, a Smoothie with broccoli does not have to be green.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>6 ounces of Greek yogurt<\/p>\n<p>8 almonds<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 of broccoli<\/p>\n<p>1 cup strawberries<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 green tea<\/p>\n<p>and Spoon of cinnamon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Another more powerful shakes in what iron refers is this one:<\/p>\n<p>Material:<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup spinach<\/p>\n<p>1 Apple<\/p>\n<p>1 cup broccoli<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 lemon juice<\/p>\n<p>and water<\/p>\n<p>We recommend these delicious beaten to revive us and fill us with energy.
