Keep the stalk! In this recipe you can use all the broccoli!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Boil the broccoli and cauliflower separately. Drain and let cool for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In two separate bowls put the cooked broccoli and cauliflower. Keeping them separate, with a whisk, fork or potato masher, reduce the two vegetables to small pieces, not too mushy but leaving some small sprouts. In each bowl add two tablespoons of cooking cream, two tablespoons of grated cheese and two tablespoons of cream cheese. Stir well to blend the two mixtures together.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Mix the two bowls of the broccoli and cauliflower together.
