Clean the broccoli florets. Cook for 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain, put some florets aside and mash the rest with 2 eggs, cottage cheese, salt and nutmeg.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place in an oven-proof dish covered with parchment paper and bake in a bain-marie in the oven for 20 minutes.
