
Bring to boil a pan of water. When the water is boiling put in the pre-prepared small pieces of broccoli, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté, then add the meat and cook, stirring constantly, until it begins to change colour.
Now put in the cooked broccoli, the red and yellow julienne peppers, and a few minutes later add the onion. Season the mixture with salt.
Stir constantly until all the flavours are blended.
