
Steam the broccoli or cook in a microwave.
Chop the broccoli and leave on a plate.
Chop the hard-boiled egg on another plate.
Separate dough patty wafers and add: some broccoli, egg, anchovy pieces or roquefort (in small quantities). Fold the dumpling dough in half and seal around the edges with a fork.
Fry in plenty of previously heated oil.
